Oregon Brewshed® partners win big at the Great American Beer Fest!

We already know how great Oregon's breweries are, but we are glad the rest of the country is also taking notice.
Congrats to Brewshed® Alliance partners Sunriver Brewing, Grand Fir Brewing, and Alesong Brewing & Blending for winning Brewery of the Year awards! And congrats to all the other Brewshed® partners who won awards at this year's event!
50th ANNIVERSARY CELBRATION EVENTS STATEWIDE!

From August through October, Oregon Wild took our celebration of our 50 years of keeping Oregon wild on the road, visiting eight communities around the state to connect with partner organizations, supporters, and, or course, Brewshed® Alliance partners. While our guests enjoyed tasty brews at all of the events, in Eugene and Bend our partners Ninkasi and Worthy Brewing hosted our gatherings with the generous donation of event space.
Thanks to these great partners, and to everyone who came out to help us celebrate our conservation legacy!

Brewshed® partners answered the Call of the Wild!

Two weeks ago, Oregon Wild hosted its biggest event of the year with a special 50th anniversary themed Call of the Wild!
The event was a resounding success with a record 350+ people in attendance and nearly $100,000 raised to support our conservation work in the year ahead. Huge thanks to Breakside Brewery and Crosby Hops for collaborating on a special Call of the Wild IPA to fuel the night's festivities. It. Was. Delicious!
And big thanks to our friends at Hopworks, Ruse Brewing, Fort George Brewery, Migration Brewing, Cascade Lakes Brewing, Sunriver Brewing, and Schilling Cider for generously donating auction packages that created a buzz and helped us raise critical funds!
BREWSHED® BREWS IN THE WILD

Shoutout to our friends at Oak Union Brewing! Their environmental activism ethos is evident in all their beers. But it's a special call to action in their phenomenal West Coast Pilsner, Green Idol. This beer is delicious all year long. But the fresh hop version this year took Green Idol (and our taste buds) to another level. It made for the perfect post-hike beer after hiking to Panorama Point on Mount Rainier. The blurry elk in the background were quite jealous
One Million Public Comments to Protect Climate Forests

Over the past two years, Oregon Wild and partners have worked like hell to advance protections for our climate-defending mature and old-growth forests. A huge part of that work is elevating the public's voice around key opportunities to urge our federal government to take action. Last month, we hit a huge milestone by reaching a total of one million public comments calling on the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to step up and defend our forests for the immense climate benefits they provide.
