Get Involved

Like many Oregonians, you enjoy a great craft brew. Because of your support, Oregon’s craft beer community is unparalleled; renowned across the country and the world. But to protect what you love, you need to protect its source. Be a powerful voice for craft beer and the clean water required to make it. It’s easy to help – in more ways than one. If you’re a brewery or brewing-affiliated group and would like to join the Oregon Brewshed® Alliance as a Brewery or Brewing Community Partner, contact us at And, whether you’re affiliated with a brewery or just an everyday brew-loving citizen looking to make a difference, here are a few more options:

Join Oregon Wild

Join Oregon Wild. As a member, you’ll receive our Oregon Wild newsletter three times a year. You’ll also receive timely action alerts and news of upcoming workshops, special events and wilderness hikes. Plus you’ll be a part of a growing network of citizens dedicated to protecting Oregon’s precious natural heritage – the source of our great craft beer.

Support protecting Wild & Scenic Rivers

Support protecting Wild & Scenic Rivers. One important way to maintain the quality of the water that flows from our taps is to protect the wild streams that flow through Oregon’s public lands. Passage of the River Democracy Act of 2021 would protect 4,700 miles of rivers and streams in Oregon, including important water sources for communities and breweries. Learn more and get engaged here.

Attend an Alliance event

Attend a happy hour, free hike, or other event. The Oregon Brewshed® Alliance hosts regular happy hours, brewshed® pub crawls, tap takeovers, and brewshed® hikes, in addition to an annual, spring Oregon Brewshed® Brewfest.

Support our Brewshed® Alliance Partners

Support our Alliance partners. We’re a values-based community that invests in the quality of what we drink and how it’s made through our consumer choices. Speak your values through each pint; when you drink beer crafted by Oregon Brewshed® Alliance member breweries, you’re protecting the beer you love by protecting its source. So when you go out for your next pint, don’t take your beer for granted. Think wild, drink wild (responsibly of course) by supporting our Alliance partners and their pledge to protect their brewshed® and craft beer.

Volunteer. Oregon Brewshed® Alliance volunteers are needed to help with events and Alliance outreach. Email us at if you’d like to help with hikes, brewshed® pubcrawls, fests, and other events.
